Please note that you must be a member of the Pinecliff Homeowners’ Association (PHOA) to take advantage of this service. If you wish to sign up but are not yet a member, please either visit our Join the PHOA! page and follow the steps there, or use the form and payment buttons on this page to join while you are enrolling in the Pinecliff Trash Service program.
IMPORTANT! Your service will not begin or continue unless the PHOA has received your Membership Form and payment in addition to your Trash Service payment. If you are new to the program you also need to submit the Pinecliff Trash Service Agreement.
We are accepting payments for 12 months of service beginning March 1, 2021. All payments made during the rest of the year will be pro-rated.
NOTE: If you pay for service beginning on any other date, please email: trashservice@pinecliff-hoa.com.
Step 1: If you are already an PHOA member, please skip to Step 2. Otherwise, click here to display the Membership Form in a new tab or window and follow Steps 1a, 1b, and 1c to join the PHOA.
Step 1a: Fill out the Membership Form.
Step 1b: Send the completed application via e-mail to membership@pinecliff-hoa.com.
Step 1c: Add the annual dues to your shopping cart.
Step 2: If you are new to the Pinecliff Trash Service, click here to display the Pinecliff Trash Service Agreement, otherwise skip to step 3.
Step 2a: Print, fill out, and sign the agreement. If you wish to email the agreement, you must scan in your signed agreement and then email it to trashservice@pinecliff-hoa.com, otherwise, include the printed agreement with your payment (see step 3).
Step 3: Mail a check for the appropriate amount.
The amounts below are prorated for trash service based on when you sign up for service.
Please note that pricing ranges from $12.25 per month for curbside trash only service to $30.45 per month for long driveway carryout trash and recycling service.
CASH RATES (pro-rated after April 1, 2022) for Trash Service beginning Mar 1, 2022 thru February 28, 2023:
- Curbside Trash Only — $147.00
- Curbside Trash & Recycling — $235.80
- Carryout Trash Only (driveways 150 ft or less) — $211.80
- Carryout Trash & Recycling (driveways 150 ft or less) — $300.60
- Carryout Long Trash Only (driveways over 150 ft) — $276.60
- Carryout Long Trash & Recycling (driveways over 150 ft) — $365.40
